Welcome to Queer Strength PDX! I'm Rachel (they/them) and I'm a personal trainer specializing in strength training and injury rehabilitation & prevention. I have a lifelong background in competitive sports and have been competing in powerlifting & strongman for nearly ten years. I'm passionate about supporting athletes of all levels to feel and perform their best. It has been the biggest honor to support dozens of queer and trans clients over the years to feel safe, empowered, curious, and resilient with a barbell in their hands!
