Your first session includes a mobility and gait assessment to help inform our work together (yes, even for experienced lifters!)
Virtual sessions are conducted over Google Meet
In-person sessions can be conducted either out of your home or mine. (I am looking to find a formal gym space to subcontract out of in the Portland Metro area in the future, but currently am just coaching home-based sessions)
If you are already a remote programming client, add-on 1:1 sessions recieve a 10% discount.

Tier 1: Basic custom programming $150/month
I will write a strength training program for you based on your individual goals, abilities, experience, and available equipment.
Warm-up protocols, demo videos, and specific technique instructions are included, as well as a once-monthly video check in to review your progress and make any necessary changes to your program. Text response time is within 72 hours.
Great for athletes who already have some training experience, a high level of accountability, more physique rather than performance goals, and/or just looking to maintain their strength during an offseason from competition
The 'basic' programming option is not available for clients who are competing within a 12-week timeline due to my preference as a coach to provide intensive 1:1 support in the months/weeks leading up to a competition
Tier 2: Intensive custom programming - $275/month
This option is best for clients who need extra support. You will recieve everything included in the "basic" monthly package, as well as additional weekly personalized video feedback of your lifts, tailored injury prehab/rehab protocols, competition peaking protocol, and faster text communication response time (within 24 hours).
Recommended for athletes who are brand-new to lifting, competing within a 12-week timeline, recovering from an injury, need an overhaul of their technique/form, struggle with accountability and follow-through, and/or are curious and dedicated lifters who want an expedited timeline to success.
Competition Day Handling:
For competitors at sanctioned or unsanctioned meets who need coaching/handling support (highly recommended unless you have extensive competition experience).
$100 as a one-time fee to support you for the day
If your meet is within 20 miles of Portland city center, no extra fees are charged.
For events up to 60 miles outside of Portland, I will charge you the day fee in addition to mileage in accordance with federal mileage reimbursement rates ($0.70/mi as of 2025). Examples: Salem, Albany, Hood River, etc.
For events 60+ miles outside of Portland, I will charge you the day fee, the federal mileage reimbursement rate, and an additional $100 per day of travel. Examples: Bend, Olympia, Seattle, Yakima, Eugene/Springfield, Roseburg, etc.

I do not offer refunds.
Remote programming at either tier requires an initial 3-month committment due to the amount of onboarding labor required to bring on a new remote client. Payments are still made monthly, but if you cancel before 3 months is up, then you will be charged the remaining amount.
Remote programming monthly rates can be split into biweekly payments, if needed.
Session packages carry an expiration date. 4-session packages expire in 6 weeks from the payment date, 8-session packages expire in 12 weeks from the payment date, and 12-session packages expire in 16 weeks from the payment date.
Cancellations/reschedules outside of an emergency require 48 hours notice, and otherwise incur a fee or lost session.
