1:1 Personal Training Sessions
Sessions are conducted either in-person at my garage gym in the Roseway/Cully neighborhood or online (via Google Meet)
A single session is 75 minutes long and always includes a thorough warm-up and check-in about your needs that day. Everything else is completely customized to your goals! We may do a traditional strength workout (e.g. barbell lifts followed by acessory movements), focus on technique refinement for one lift (e.g. your barbell back squat), conduct a pre-competition walk-through, perform circuit training, review corrective exercises for injury rehab, or any combination of those and more! Trust me that you will leave every session feeling like you got a very solid workout.
Your first training session may be closer to 90 minutes and involves a gait assessment and various mobility assessments (shoulders, hips, spine, etc.), in order to help me create a plan for your success.
My garage gym has a space heater and fans, but make sure to dress in layers in case the weather shifts. Please bring a water bottle and feel free to bring snacks.
If your dog is friendly with other dogs (I have a chihuahua), they are welcome to join us!

5-Pack: $475 (5% off) - 45 day expiration

Recurring Weekly Sessions: $380 billed every 4 weeks (5% off)

Tier 1: Basic custom programming $150/month
I will write a strength training program for you based on your individual goals, abilities, experience, and available equipment.
Warm-up ("movement prep") protocols, demo videos, and specific technique instructions are included, as well as a once-monthly video check in to review your progress and make any necessary changes to your program. Text response time is within 48 hours.
Great for athletes who already have some training experience, a high level of accountability, more physique rather than performance goals, and/or just looking to maintain their strength during an offseason from competition
Tier 2: Intensive custom programming - $275/month
This option is best for clients who need extra support. You will recieve everything included in the "basic" monthly package, as well as additional weekly personalized video feedback of your lifts, tailored injury prehab/rehab protocols, competition peaking protocol, and faster text communication response time (within 24 hours).
Recommended for athletes who are brand-new to lifting, competing within a 12-week timeline, recovering from an injury, need an overhaul of their technique/form, struggle with accountability and follow-through, and/or are curious and dedicated lifters who want an expedited timeline to success.
Remote programming clients recieve 25% off all individual training sessions and session packages!
Important Information:
Cancellations of 1-1 personal training sessions within 24 hours will be charged the full amount (if unpaid) or session forfeited (if prepaid).
Remote programming at either tier requires an initial 3-month committment due to the amount of onboarding labor required to bring on a new remote client. Payments are still made monthly, but if you cancel before 3 months is up, then you will be charged the remaining amount.
